Stride Into Summer Benefit Race

Course Description

Valley Trail Series is hosting Stride Into Summer as a race to benefit the Demarest Nature Center! As a company that strongly values the trails we are thrilled to be able to support DNC so that we can continue to preserve, protect and educate the community about the nature and trails that mean so much to us and to our overall well- being.

Demarest Nature Center is comprised of 55 protected wooded acres in suburban NJ; making both distances fast and flat. We are encouraging all new trail runners to come out and try your first trail race and welcoming all our veteran runners to strive for a new PR. The course is mainly single track with some naturally expected rocks and roots so please remember to pick up your feet as you run.

We are aiming to keep our race as safe as possible so that we can keep hosting them in person. Therefore we ask that you please have a mask for the start and finish lines and maintain social distancing guidelines as regulated by the state.

Race prices for the 5K and 5 mile are $30 and $35 respectively and will increase to $35 and $40 on May 16th. Race day registration will be available if there are still open spots.
